All orders, Equipment or Records, over the value of £75 will be shipped to the UK free of charge using a tracked service. 

Which shipping companies do we use?

We use different couriers depending on the size, weight and value of your equipment: Royal Mail van for smaller goods or DHL for larger or high value packages. We also offer DPD who will supply a 1 hour delivery window which can be changed if not convenient for you. All orders are tracked.

International Orders

For orders being delivered outside the United Kingdom, UK VAT will be deducted at checkout. 

Depending on your country you may need to pay VAT/duties when the package is being imported into your country, before it is delivered to you. This will be requested by the courier company who will collect the VAT and pay it to your local authority. 

For facilitating the VAT payment and handling import duties courier companies often also charge customers handling fees. These fees can vary depending on the products, courier and country. Please get in touch if you have any questions regarding these charges before placing your order. 

How long does it take?

UK orders, placed before 2:30pm will almost certainly arrive next business day (Mon-Fri) excluding bank holudays. More remote locations in the UK may encounter longer delivery times.
