All equipment products sold by Rubadub are guaranteed for a minimum of one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Some products carry a longer manufacturer's warranty period. If you have any questions about warranties, please don't hesitate to email or call us.
If you receive a faulty item, please get in touch straight away and we'll do our utmost to resolve it quickly and to your satisfaction.
Within the first 30 days of purchase, we will arrange a free return and swap service. Items found to be defective within this period will be replaced; after 30 days, repair by the manufacturer or their appointed agent may apply instead. Beyond 30 days, return postage costs are the customer's responsibility, though these will be reimbursed if a fault is confirmed.
We offer a 30-day return policy in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Within 14 days of receiving your item, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange. Between 15 and 30 days, we can offer an exchange or store credit.
To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by calling 0141 221 9650 or emailing website@rubadub.co.uk. Items should be returned in their original packaging via an insured, trackable postal service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that some items are non-returnable, including unsealed software, digitally delivered goods, record styli, hardware with registered software licences, custom-built or modified products, special order merchandise, vouchers, and in-ear/canal headphones (unless faulty) for hygiene reasons.
Returned items that show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, or that are missing packaging or accessories, may be subject to a partial deduction from the refund to reflect any diminished value. We will always confirm any such deduction with you before processing.
