Make Noise Spectral Sound System

Based primarily on the Make Noise Tape & Microsound Music Machine, with the Morphagene switched out for a Spectraphon. This suggestion first demonstrated by Hainbach on his youtube channel where you can see a few great examples of how the system can be taken advantage of.
