A-side ‘Bring’ is a slab of filling-loosening techno, whose relentless beat, sinister strings and dark synth riff are like John Carpenter caught in a threshing machine. ‘Curtains’ is a fraction lighter with chattering bongos and bass that feels like someone kicking a roller door.
