The Werkstatt-01 is a patchable analog synthesizer kit based on classic Moog circuits. Assembly is extremely simple; any user can quickly assemble an analog synthesizer with minimal tools and expertise.
Werkstatt-01 gives you an genuine Moog standalone analogue semi-modular monosynth, including full range oscillator, 24dB ladder filter, Envelope generator and audio-rate LFO, for less than the cost of many single-purpose Eurorack modules. Being semi-modular, it is able to act as a modular expander, or be a flexible standalone synth in its own right.
It features a simple push-button keyboard, plus CV and Gate Input for use as a voice module alongside CV/Gate enabled keyboards and sequencers, such as Arturia KeyStep, Beatstep and Beatstep Pro.
By itself, Werkstatt-01 is ideal for computer-based musicians looking for a genuine analogue Moog to sample and record - you can make bass, leads, drums and more with it - it's simple to use, sounds fantastic and best of all, is incredibly affordable!
