Alleviated Records is proud to present the re-issue of this LEGENDARY EP produced by Larry Heard in 1988. The original release on Gherkin Records did not disclose the fact that Larry was the composer/producer/artist of the recording at his request. It was a creative experiment at the time. The "original" 12" Gherkin release was discontinued when Gherkin Records went into an "inactive" status in around 1991. There have been so many inquiries about the release from people who weren't able to find it that it was a MUST that we made it available for your listening and dancing enjoyment. The selections have now also been digitally enhanced and those who own the "original" EP might want to treat themselves to the enhanced 12" as well! Enjoy!
